Jazz at the Cathedral Hotel

On Wednesday 19th July 2023, join the Nick Dewhurst Band at the Cathedral Hotel for an end of season summer party! Playing jazz, pop and funk tunes from their ‘Get the Party Started’ set, this will be a great evening of music by the likes of Stevie Wonder, The Crusaders, Moloko, Pink!, Basement Jaxx, Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa, but also mixed in with funky original tunes too. The 6-piece band features Nick on Trumpet and Guitar, joined by Sam Craig on Tenor Saxophone, Beth Fisher-Dewhurst on Alto Sax, Tom Lindsay on Keys and Vocals, Paul Robinson on Bass Guitar, and Carl Hemmingsley on Drums. Expect great grooves, passionate solos and exceptional musicianship from this lively and exciting band!
